It was 2004 when the High School I coached at received a Finishlynx timing system. Eager to learn it, I took it home to research and practice and got to use it that same season. It was great not to have volunteers with stopwatches for each lane.

The following year I got introduced to Hytek Meet Manager. I began to time about 10-12 meets a season including High School Championship finals. Over the years I’ve timed Invitationals, All comers meets, Middle School division and section finals, and the rest is history.
